All you need to know about your order.
We dispatch orders via Royal mail for the fastest and most reliable service. Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day, orders placed after will be shipped the following business day.
All orders are insured and cover you in case of any mail loss/damage.

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:
-The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
-The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
-The item must be returned in it's original packing.
How To Return:
Please email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for return, you will be sent a return form to fill out and send off with your item.
Please note that VELIRI does not provide pre-paid labels, you will be reposible for covering the shipping costs to return.
After we've inspected your returned package, we'll refund you the product price amount, we do not refund shipping costs.

Payment options we accept
We accepts all major debit/credit card payments that includes Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. We also offer Clearpay.
* What is Clearpay?
Clearpay allows you to spread the cost of your order over 4 interest-free instalments paid every 2 weeks.
Example: Your order totals £100.
You'll be asked to make the first instalment payment (£25) when you place your order in the Clearpay Portal at checkout.
Your order will be shipped after the first initial payment, the rest of the 3 instalments will be automatically payed every 2 weeks.
Clearpay allows you to spread the cost of your order over 4 interest- free instalments paid every 2 weeks.
Who can use Clearpay?
-Be at least 18 years old
-Have a valid and verifiable email address and phone number
-Use a UK bank payment card - Visa or Mastercard Debit or Credit Card
-Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract
-Have a verifiable and valid ID
-Be living in the UK (England / Wales / Scotland & Northern Ireland) No UK territories or British Forces Post Offices addresses are allowed, No Isle of Mann or Isle or Jersey or Isle of Guernsey addresses are allowed
How does paying off instalments work?
-You’ll be asked to pay the first of 4 instalments once you’re logged into the Clearpay Portal at checkout.
-Instalments 2, 3 and 4 will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you selected at checkout every 2 weeks.
-You'll receive a reminder from Clearpay 2 days before each instalment is collected.
-If you miss a payment, Clearypay will send you a text message and email letting you know the automatic payment has failed. If the automatic payment fails, Clearpay will try and collect payment from any other cards you have in your Clearpay account. You'll have until 11pm the next day to make a missed payment before being charged any late fees.
-To pay a missed payment, simply log in to your App or online and click PAY NOW next to your "overdue payment". If you’re worried about making payment, contact Clearpay as soon as possible.
-If your payment is still outstanding, you’ll be charged £6.00 late fee per late payment. Click here to find out more about late fees with Clearpay.
-Clearpay won’t approve any further orders until your account is up to date to help you get back on track.
-You can pay off the balance of your order early with the PAY NOW feature in the Clearpay app.
What if I have returned my whole order?
If a refund is due, your invoice will be adjusted, and you'll receive a refund from Clearpay within 10 working days for all payments you’ve already made.
Your refund will be issued back to the credit or debit card you used at checkout to pay your first instalment.
If you haven't paid all of your remaining instalments, then the rest of your payments will be cancelled.

All of our products are 100% hypoallergenic. Our jewellery does not contain nickel and will never leave you with a rash or irritated skin.
Yes, our jewellery is sweat and waterproof, so you don't have to worry about our jewellery fading, rusting or leaving your neck green.
With correct care, your VELIRI jewellery can last a lifetime, although our jewellery is waterproof, we do recommend taking it off when showering, exercising and sleeping to maintain a perfect shine. Each of our pieces come with their own individual jewellery pouch, we recommend storing your jewellery in there to protect it when not in use.
Removing dust: use a clean cotton ball or a soft cloth to remove dust and dirt off your plated jewellery.
Restoring shine: Gently rub the surface of your plated jewellery with a soft jewellery cloth to help restore it's shine and perfect finish.
What NOT to do.
Polishing cloth: DO NOT use a polish cloth on your plated jewellery as it'll strip away the plating. If your jewellery needs more cleaning you may clean it with warm, soapy water. Soak it for a few minutes and you may clean it with a soft cloth.
Jewellery cleaners: Stay away from jewellery cleaners and antibacterial soaps which may have certain components that will make your gold plated jewellery tarnish more quickly.
All our products are made with the highest quality 316L Stainless Steel and Real 18K gold multi-plating.
The jewellery is water, heat, sweat resistant, so there is no discolouring or tarnishing. It's also hypoallergenic which means no green skin, as it does not contain nickel.
Each piece comes with it's own Premium soft jewellery pouch that protects your jewellery, within the pouch your jewellery will come in a small plastic bag ensuring it arrives in perfect condition.
We only sell our jewellery on this website, VELIRI.com. We recommend you to be careful where you purchase similar jewellery from as this can a lot of the time be scam websites.
Please be wary of:
-LOW price points, this is a clear indication of cheap materials being used which indicated a short life-span of the jewellery, this can cause skin irritations, rashes and green necks.
-Unclear return policies. Scam websites will want to make it as hard as possible for you to return your order, therefore please be wary when looking though other websites.
VELIRI is committed to providing the highest standard of jewelry – which is why we offer a Lifetime Guarantee for all purchases of our Gold & Silver Jewellery. If your product damages or fades under normal wear, the Guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge.
To make a claim, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of your issue and we'll get the process moving.
If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.
